Our annual accounts, which include details of income and expenses, will be presented and are otherwise available from the Treasurer at any time from any member who requests them.
All fully paid-up members:
- are entitled to vote at the Society’s AGM
- are eligible to nominate as a member of the Society’s committee
- will benefit from discounts on the cost of certain events
- will receive discount on Oxford University Press (OUP) products
Call for Nominations
In line with the OUSV Rules all members are entitled to nominate for a role on the committee. The OUSV Rules state that to be eligible for one of the Statutory Roles you must be a member of the general committee for a minimum of one year. Therefore, positions for the general committee only will be open. Expressions of interest to secretary.ousv@gmail.com by Tuesday 30 September 12 noon. Once all nominations for the committee have been received a proxy voting form will be available if you are unable to attend the AGM but wish to register a vote.
